Any person willing to be part of the Coalition with a Purpose Party may do so by becoming an affiliated member of the Party or by becoming a sympathizer of the Coalition with a Purpose Party.

Affiliated members shall fill a voter registration application approved by the local and/or State Division of Elections in writing or digital format showing their intent to be part of the Party or they may fill an application approved by the Party in writing or in digital format stating their intent to be a part of the Coalition with a Purpose Party. Affiliated members may participate in Party meetings, vote, take office in the Party and run for public office as members and nominees of the Party.

Sympathizers shall fill an application in writing or in digital form stating their intent to be sympathizers of the Coalition with a Purpose Party, sympathizers may participate in Party meetings, vote, and take office in the Party but only affiliated members of the Coalition with a Purpose Party may run for public office.

The Executive Committee membership shall be composed of a Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary, and a Treasurer. A member may be Secretary and Treasurer, but no other member may hold more than one office.

The State Party Committee shall be composed of members elected by party membership to represent regions and counties. Election of all Committee members shall be done in accordance with Articles III and VII of the Constitution of the Coalition with a Purpose Party.

In accordance with F.S. 103.091(6)(a)1, members of the Florida Legislature and State Leadership that are members of the Party shall be at large committeemen and committeewomen of the Regional and County Committees where they reside. Each committee member shall be entitled to one vote.

Candidates and Committee Members shall sign an oath of Party loyalty stating the following:
I, _______________________________, swear and/or affirm that during my term of office I will not actively, publicly, or financially support the election of any candidate other than the Candidate from the Coalition with a Purpose Party in any party election, whether unitary, general or special, or any member registered with the Party in elections that are non-partisan, except for races that are prescribed under chapter 105 of Florida Statutes.
This does not entitle preclusion of supporting a candidate of one’s personal choice, provided such support is not expressed with any public reference to any office or position within the Party.
